7 days after post-op intervention

hey guys, this is my first week after a post-op intervention regarding the removal of a big lymphoedema on the right side of the penis just below the head, after circumcision done on June 6th. just wondering if this bump is normal to the swollen? any other observation is greatly appreciated.

had a bad balanopostitis and decided it'll be better to get circumcised before getting it again

Massage the little guy with coconut oil daily and will speed up things but all looking good and hanging well lol enjoy

Do you reckon I should do this to myself even thought the swelling has the crustiness on it from my antibiotics? As for the frenulum, shall I just let that heal on it own? Currently it's like a white and yellow jelly around the sutures (feels like staples😂)
