Botched circumcision ? need help

Hi, had my circumcision done 9 day ago due to BXO, I need some opinion about the state of my dick.

to be totally honest with you mate - it actually looks excellent condition for only 11 days post op - mine was much worse than that (had mind 5 months ago and fully healed for some time now) - honestly its fine.

Hey mate. It looks like you are healing really well to only be on day 11. At day 11 mine looked a lot worse. I think you are doing fine. I was done almost 8 months ago and I am fully healed and loving life cut!Like me I see your frenulum has been removed, which makes it look different at the back than some others who have been cut.

Hi mates, got mine cut 5 days ago, and then had the bandage removed on Saturday. Was completely shocked and panicked that I had no dick left. All i could see was the exposed glans, pretty much everything else was under wraps of skin. Could not even fold back any skin to see the suture lines. Spent 2 days completely depressed and sent off messages to my surgeon and nurse. They called back on Day 4 and said not to worry and the shaft will become visible as swelling reduces.

Still, damn scared and worried that I have lost my shaft. Today is Day 5 and bit more of the glans is peeking out, no shaft yet and still cannot roll the skin back to apply vaseline on the sutures. Its been a bit of a mental struggle till I found this forum. Thanks guys.

Yeah I feel you, I am on day 11th now, night bonners are killing me, didn't had a much sleep for past 11 days. My dick on day two was looking bad like very bad.

If you can add some photos so we can have a look, not sure if u seen all pics of mine d, but i am worried about the scar spliting and the bit that stands out from the glan at the bottom of it.

Been over a phone and whatsapp with my doc, ofcurse he said all is good in the hood, but I am still worried.

Don't go to crazy with vaseline as it keeps your skin very moisture and might cause more damage when u have bonner at night and split ur stiches. I think that what happend to me in one of the pic you can see I have a opening in stiching line.

For me its also big on mental, hell of a ride tbh.

By the way, my doc tells me split stiches are not a problem unless you bleed constantly. If the split has clotted and there is no more bleeding, you are OK

And the bit at the bottom of the glans, i have that too. Its the frenulum, i think thats whay they call it. Mine is swollen too.

All the prickly hair is rubbing off on the exposed glans, its very irritating.

So, now on Day 9 and had bleeding last night. Rushed to my GP who believes I have an infection. He could see pus. Gave me oral antibiotics and an intramuscular antibiotic injection as well. I was running a marginal fever, but that seems back down. He also asked me to have salt water baths twice a day and liberal application of vaseline.

Swelling has only come down marginally. The infection has caused everything to swell up again.

Bit of a shitty recovery, mentally taxing.

Day 10, more oozing from the wound blood and pus, much less than the previous night. Pain has reduced a bit.

Erections are killing me, tried to stay awake last night to avoid an erection and possibly avoid bleeding. But by 5am, I was knocked and dozed off. Woke up 30 mins later with a boner and them some light bleeding observed in the morning.

There was a lot of tightness around the penis, almost like a tight string, but thats almost gone today. Feels like the antibiotics are working.

Got a GP followup on Monday and rhe surgeon follow up on Tuesday. Hopefully have some good news to share.

Oh mate!!!! Poor you!! I’m on day 19… and at some point between where you are and where I am everything will suddenly get loads better!!

I remember the night after night of pain… the erections… they were hell and only a few days ago… but they then stop. It slowly starts hurting less with each boner… then you can sleep again!!

Then a few days later the stitches start slowly one by one falling out. Think I’ve lost maybe three now (and one ripped!!)

It’s a really difficult recovery and draining… but shake off the infection and it gets better mate!! In a few days, maybe a week you’ll be breathing a huge sigh of relief and loving how your new cock looks!!

Hang on in there buddy!! A few more days and you’ll be OK and on the mend!

Feel you bud, for me it improved on day 11th or 12th I had much better night and less pain while erected. From then on its kinda easier but still if your wound open up it kinda gonna suck.

Thanks guys. Wound still oozing, but its a good ooze as per my GP, whatever the hell that means.

The one thing he seems worried about is the swelling after 11 days, which he thinka is not usual. It may be due to the infection, but he is not sure. I have the surgeon consult tomorrow, and my GP has handed me a long letter to pass on.

There is no pain though and I am running through a vaseline factory right now.

Haha Vaseline factory good one mate. Yeah I am on day 17th now had my check up yesterday with Dr.Dick all good in the hood, eventho I am noticing little misalignment of my scrotum web/turkey with my dick which cause my d to go hard right when erected.

Also today I had my nut bursted at early morning due to naughty dreams, that felt freaking good.

I can't wait to start using my d again now

2 weeks up. Been to surgeon for the 1st followup, says infection is a minor setback but am healing Ok. Asked me to continue antibiotics but he sees no concern and is happy with progress. Sutures are still swollen though so next followup is coming Thursday.

One piece of good news is that the sensitivity seems to be coming down. Had a shower and was able to direct a stream of water onto the glans from head height and did not need to flinch. Able to apply vaseline by hand without going crazy with tingles. Its only the underside and the actual peehole that are still untouchable.

Been commando for 2 weeks and that seems to have helped with accidental scrapes and friction. Boners are getting less painful too.

Going to try getting into my undies this weekend and hopefully behind the wheel of my car on Monday.

Feel like I am turning the corner after a terrible couple of weeks direct from hell.

The only part similar to mine is the swelling. It's a semi-donut shape. How is that going for you? I had my op similar time to do ~ 4 weeks ago.
