How long after circumcision are you? Use a unperfumed soap for sure. I got one though my GP it's a moisturiser but turns into a soap under water are you in the UK? Just gently let the water drop over the wound and gently use your hands to wash a bit. Don't use a cloth or anything to irritate the wound
