I got curcumsied past 15 days...but when i erect the wound skin does not ce up...only my old fourskin come up...the stiches doctor said its gone but i belive some stiches are there why cant i fully erect with wound skin....

15 days is early in your healing process. That said, if you feel something is wrong with your penis please see your doctor.
Even with stitches out you may not be able to fully erect for a while to your before op size
