Ugh! I didn't have phimosis, but I did deal with regular bouts of balanitis for about 30 years before I finally got circumcised. Hopefully the sensitivity level is getting better for you.

I no it's a bit early but any advice on underware I normally where cotton calvin clien 365 xl you see hi have big balls not got the cock to match but am classed as Mr average but I am 60 and had no complaints still married to my lovely wife 31 years so I must be doing something right and I am happy. getting back to underware can you or anybody recommend any it does feel a bit weird

I mostly wear Calvin Klein microfiber boxers. I'd suggest microfiber briefs or boxer-briefs. I'm thinking stability and support would do you the most good.

Avoid 100 pure cotton. It’s too course and rough for now. Something synthetic would be softer or silkier feeling and help with the sensitivity

It looks fine , start the bio oil 2 times a day routine to speed up healing and 2000mg of vitamin c for 2 weeks once a day.

Calvin briefs worked well for me.

Plus at various times to help support it, it would get a groin guard and put little trainer socks in to help protect and support the penis.
