Loose cut question

I got cut a couple of weeks ago. Healing is actually going really well. Swelling all gone. Everything feels fine. Feel blessed it's gone so well so far.

I am relatively loosely cut, at least when flaccid. That's fine, but now the swelling is down the remaining foreskin usually covers the corona, and a bit of the glans when sitting down. I gather that's normal. There's no problem retracting other than sensitivity.

But a couple of questions from that-

1) I'm worried the lower bit of the glans isn't going to desensitize if it isn't out there. Should I be trying to tape myself back for a while? I notice it's already a different shade.

2) My cut line is usually not visible while flaccid because the cut is relatively loose. It's there if I pull back, but obviously I don't want to pull too hard! Other than keeping things clean, is there anything I ought to be doing there to make sure it's all ok when the cut line is tucked away? I had mostly glue, so I don't think there's any stitches although the doctor put one or two around the frenulum revision.

Keep it clean and make it slippery by inserting in the hole

It's pretty tight when erect (skim not very mobile at all) only loose when flaccid. I'm a grower I guess.
