Skin fold in Partial Circumcision + Frenulum question

Hi,

I had a partial circumcision 5 weeks ago now

The glans are still sensitive but sometimes it gets less sensitive to touch (More sensitive to touch after a shower, I’m just hoping glans get non sensitive to touch soon)

As my surgery was partial circumcision and the skin cover half of glans, my question is would the underwear cause to pull the skin? As I get some pulling due to underwear and it feels very uncomfortable

Also my frenulum was just under the urine exit area, but it was as per my understanding cut and restitched little below.

I know the frenulum takes time to heal but my question is the area where old frenulum was removed from its very sensitive to touch and it looks like a small skin bump (very very small)

Is this normal for the old place of the frenulum to pain and when will the pain subside and go?

Partial circumcision is always not a good decision as it may cause problem during urinating compared to full circumcision as the swelling of foreskin at the tip will enclosure it. For the frenulum as it is a meat kind of skin sheath so probably it will be a bit harder or what you called as bumpy kind.

Do you feel that these medical type of circumcisions are similar to the jewish ones in your opinion?

I always thought the medical ones forcibly retract the foreskin first and then cut off the foreskin.
