Day 15 after op

I'm on day 15 now. Swelling has gone down loads and I think there's 4 stitches that have come out. It gets better day by day.

Quick question..... I feel like the skin has under lapped its self if you get me? I've asked the hospital for an appointment to make sure alls ok with the healing. Will this turn into scar tissue? Currently using bio oil too.

I'm pretty happy with how the first 2 weeks have been. Salt baths have been brilliant for the wound.

I had a similar type circumcision (Partial Circumcision), Where while not erect foreskin covers half of glans

My question is does the glans tip area from where urine come out pain or feel discomfort when it touches or rubs against underwear?

I’m 20 days now in my surgery and glans touching underwear is now better than before but sometimes there is a poking or discomfort when underwear gets loose so I’m just wanting to see if you feel anything on the tip of your penis

Question to all readers: Do you think this slight discomfort when penis head rubs against underwear will reduce and go away and I’ll be normal again to walk and run and excercise? How long will it take to get normal ?

Yes it will reduce and type of underwear will make a difference, e.g. briefs or trunks vs. boxers. I like wearing boxers to work however I often feel it brushing as I walk and sometimes it can be annoying but most of the time it’s very much OK

BTW are you keeping it pointing upwards as much as possible using gravity to reduce swelling?

Feel good to know that it will reduce and I will be able to walk and do things normally and faster

I have not done the pouting upwards as I was worried it might pain as the base area where frenulum is it’s still very delicate

I will give it a try while lying down

Hi Arran85, How is it going now? Mine looks quite similar and I am concerned that the ring of stitches is a bit tight. Any update would be appreciated.
