Got cut the 4th of August, currently not taking pain meds, only applying ointment prescribed by my Surgeon, no pain, only sensitivity on the glans. Wearing loose fitting boxers during the day and at night. Nocturnal erections arent so bad because I wake up before they get to hard, the swelling has incresed buy I guess thats normal

Sensitivity will decrease. I am on my 19th day and still sensitive, but not as it was on the first day. Don't worry, everything will be ok in a few weeks.
