A couple of nights ago i had so many erections that on the morning i noticed a little wound below the glans. Could i have ripped a sticht apart? I have no pain on it. I'm gonna visit the doctor next wednesday. Do you think i should go there before that?

I don't think you have to worry about it. I had similar small opening and used petrolium gelly. It makes the skin near stitches more elastic and resistant against damages because of night erections. Also, to avoid strong night erections I just woke up and walked for a minute. Also urinating helps a lot.

In general looks good recovery.

Good luck!

Nothing to worry about. I had a much worse opening (3 stitches popped) and it seems doctors don't stitch them up again, so it has to heal as it is. It takes longer, but it will heal - in your case the wound is very minor!
