HELP. Adult circumcision. What the heck is this?

Can anyone tell me what the sort of growth looking thing is under my helmet. It feels like some sort of tissue and is attached to the top of my skin. It doesn’t hurt but I can definitely feel it is there and it looks ugly as hell. I had the op just under 3 weeks ago and noticed it after the 1st week but it’s not going away. Thanks in advance.

I had this after my circumcision went back to the hospital about this because this hurts abit when it gets hard the doctor says it's part of the stitching it will take time to heal but it does look better after time.
