Hello guys, swelling is decreasing in a good manner, doctor advised to stop using ointment as to keep the glans and cut site dry so it becomes less sensitive. Today, I wore underwear/shorts for the first time and it is discomforting a lot still, anything to speeden the process of it getting less sensitive? I have a flight in a week, worried that I won’t be completely fine by then. Also, I noticed some smegma inside my otio of the glans (the hole), how can i clean that, touching the area hurts.

Mines looked just like yours. It’s going to take some while for the swelling to go down. I’m almost 5 months and still swollen. How long did your doctor say?

I would add petroleum jelly to my penis head for a while and it helped me get used to the sensation more. It would allow my under wear or clothes to glide smoothly rather then feeling that new rough touch. When you travel if anything just lightly wrap it in some gauze and have your penis upright. Tighter underwears worked for me cause it wouldnt allow so much movement. About the smegma, have u tried salt baths yet? That may help clean that area up on it's own.
