Ive had my semen checked does anyone no what total sperm number means says x10 doctor said its all normal but im confused on what the rest say

It means you have 133000000 sperm per ml of semen.

Oh gosh thats a lot is that more than most lads or normal

And in the full sample you gave you had 303240000 sperm.
