It is looking good. I would suggest putting some bacitracin around the incision while it is oozing. This will help to prevent infection. Also I would suggest epsom salt soaks 3x a day

Thanks bro .. am already using ointment to moist it and soaking in boiled and then cooled water adding salt in that
Looks fine.
It looks dry. Apply an emollient such as Vaseline to the scar line area to keep it moist. Moist skin heals much better than dry wounds. The old wive’s tale of letting a wound “Air Out” to heal is completely proven to be false in science. “When the body creates a scab, that requires time and energy. Additional energy is required to break down the scab after the wound is healed. In a moist wound healing environment, the body is able to focus on healing the wound rather than protecting it, and wounds heal faster”

Can i keep antibiotic cream all the time on wound which is suggested by the doctor to keep the wound moist ?
Can you call the doctor’s office real quick and ask them this question? I understand doctors prescribe that ointment for a certain period of time after the surgery but if there is no sign of infection, you should be able to transition eventually to something else like Vaseline to protect the surgical site from debris getting in wound, rubbing on your underwear, and to provide a moist environment. You may need to apply several times a day as it wears away, melts, or gets absorbed by your clothing.
I would only apply the antibiotic until the incision stops leaking fluid and is closed up.
Thanks for the reply bro .. i can wait but these bleeding and those scars are worrying me
