Got this a way too long ago

It doesn't hurt naturally. I can even bounce it. One day I let heat water touch it and It bothered me for a week, though.

What could it be?

Edit: This thing isn't in the penis body but in the prepuce as you can see. When it is hard and the prepuce goes away, the thing seems to be in the penis body but no.

I'm going to a urologist, but is it treated by surgery or could I use medicines to get rid of it?

Either an injection with steroid is applied and it will go away in 7 days or surgery ! But it all depends on what the doc decides

Let us know what your doc says it will be helpful for other people reading your post. Also how long have you had it? Did it take a while to grow in size? Was it smaller before?

Yeah, sure! I remember having it since kid-teenager transition, when you naturally begin to take a look closer in your penis. But I thought it was normal and would disappear with time, but it didn't.

By the way, updated the post. The first picture seems to be something bigger and on the penis body but it is on the prepuce.

Thats a cyst , go to urologist to pop it , do not attempt to pop it urself ever take action now .

Looks like a cyst. I had a scrotal cyst that would fill with pus. Grow to the size of a marble and become very painful to walk around. Then burst. Yellow pus would ooze out. Felt and looked good. Two months time it would be right back there. The pocket would refill with pus. The pocket needs to be surgically removed. You do not need to be circumcised.
