Sensitive penis with clothes

So

Yesterday after stretching my penis went fully back and it looks fine rn but still the skin only covers like 95% of the Penis

Right now , on contrary to what I thought , it stayed this way so I’m kind of uncomfortable with my clothes due to how sensitive my penis still is

What can I do ?

Btw is it okay if I go to swim ?

Update : so it was actually a paraphimosis , I went to the doctor , and everything’s alright now .

The glans will be sensitive for a while until it gets used to the clothes. Wear tight underwear so it doesn’t move around too much and you can apply some Vaseline to make it not stick to the underwear. You can go swimming if everything seems pretty much healed up (stitches out/no blood/wound closing up). Cheers!

Likewise, when he said it got stuck and “stayed that way” it sounds like he tried to pull the fore skin back and got paraphimosis. If that’s the case he needs to get immediate medical attention.

It isn’t the first time this happens

Like , I didn’t had any surgery but after some stretching my penis skin got fully back and I’m able to move it without any problems , the difference is it doesn’t fully cover the tip but I don’t feel any pain except some discomfort due to the sensitive tip

Should i be worried , cause like I’m scared af rn

If your foreskin doesn’t completely cover the tip that’s fine. But if you have acute pain or swelling there, you need an urgent medical review.

From my own experience, mny foreskin seems to vary when it comes to covering my glans.

Sometimes, there can be quite a collection of 'ruffled' skin beyond the glans.

Other times, I can be like you are just now, 90-95% covered

on rare occasions the forekin seems to be pulled back behind the glans.

I belive this has a lot to do with the actual size and state of my penis.

If I have had some sexual arousal in the previous couple of hours, my flaccid penis can be larger than normal and the glans can show, ore even stand proud. On the other hand if I've not had any arousal for a day or so then I get the ruffled skin look. My flaccid penis can vary in size from around two inches to around four inches. This explains my own variation. Could this have a bearing on your own?
