Circumcision scab/dried blood

I'm on day 7 after my circumcision and there is a lot of scabbing/dried blood around the area. The first night I had a lot of bleeding so it could just be dried blood. It's a lot compared to others I've seen on here, their wounds look very clean. I asked my dad about it and he told me to just leave it because scabs heal. Not sure if I should try to dissolve the scabs or just do nothing.

They also used glue to help keep it all together so idk if dissolving the scabbing would also dissolve the glue.

And there is a lot of yellow stuff that sticks to my underwear, not sure if that's the glue or not.

It's also very very swollen and red on the underside which I don't see much of in other people's pictures either

Ive got scabs that havent fallen off after 18days, so just let them be and keep things clean. Scabs need to be to heal from the bleeding

The only instructions I was given was just how to take the painkillers
