Circumsicion, second day, I have worries

This is my second day of being circumsized and have bleeding on the Frenulum part of my penis and I have been told that is quite normal, when i look at my the frenulum part of my Penis it looks like there is still and open cut is this normal? Also I put gauges to not get my underwear dirty and every time I do there is a yellow stain or liquid around that comes off my penis, along with the blood, it does not have a bad smell, it doesn’t smell like anything, I just want to know if it is infected or not, my doctor never told me to wash it 2-3 times a day, what should I do? Any tips to heal faster and better?

That sounds normal enough you can have some bleeding and some yellow fluid coming from your frenulum it shouldn't be open.

you could have a shower tomorrow protect your glans with your hand. And warm salt water baths can help gently clean him.

if you use Melolin dressing and then the gauze dressing over that you don't want it sticking to your wound and causing it to heal slower.

Where can I get melolin? And also it might sound dumb but how do I take a warm salt water bath? Is that just a normal bath? Or do I add something to the water?

Any good chemist should have the Melolin dressing it's a wound dressing it doesn't stick to your wound, the gauze dressing can stick and it can be hard to take off then.

The Saltwater bat is just ordinary table salt in some warm water in a small bowl or something.
