Day 24 post circumcision numbness

I had issues with a stitch. The wound is still healing but very slowly and I’ve been put on antibiotics. I have swelling/ oedema round the whole penis. I will post another pic of the other side which is actually worse.

My issue is around the wound site and half of the penis is completely numb to the point I could pierce it with a needle and not say a word. Any thoughts? Could the swelling and wound numb the area to help? Could this be serious nerve damage?

I’m not sure if has been numb since the operation or more recently as the area as a whole was sore and swollen so I could not differentiate the feelings until now.

Help!
