My penis is fine but I'm uncircumcised and every time I pull back the foreskin and actually touch the real penis it's really sensitive and hurts. Is that normal? Also what are plans?

Are you planning to get circumcised ?
Glands are the part of Penis you see when foreskin is puled back. Sometimes called the meatus, I believe.
It is normal to be sensitive and this will decrease over time and with use.
But it is being sensitive that helps sex feel so good.
