It's normal that the head feels very sensitive the first weeks after being circumcised. That will go away and makes place for a pleasant sensation that you'll enjoy. If you don't wanna get your cock head dried out, you can apply daily a moisturizer on it. That will prevent it from drying out. But you first must wait doing that until everything has been healed.

I’ve been circumcised all of my life (bar a few days) and I still have plenty of sensitivity.
