Hey all,I am 39. Last few years have had a period 22 days, 34, 23, 35, 22, 33 etc. July I had 2, one starting 6 days after the other finished. Since then every 2 weeks.

I have hashimotos thyroid diagnosed 6 years ago and the past 2 years have thought my levels were out due to severe fatigue, brain fog, forgetfulness, lack of libido, hair loss. All normal. Then came burning up randomly. Mainly around period time.

Sent me for a scan to rule out nasties, it did. So put me on HRT. Progesterone pills and Evorel 75. Felt good 3 weeks in, then the aura in my eyes came with a bit of a migraine. 7 times last weekend. So I took the patch off as when on the combined pill at 19 had it happen, and never been prescribed estrogen since. Always told I'm not allowed.

Spoke to the GP yesterday and she said I should not have been put on Evorel 75 and gave me a script for Evorel 25. She also said I need to be referred as very young. Should I even be on HRT at this point? She said they need to if it is for cardio and bones. Any advice will be appreciated
