Evorel Conti - how do you take it?

I previously would stick one patch on Monday, then remove that and stick a new patch on Thursday. I would repeat this weekly. However, I keep bleeding/heavy spotting most of the time and if anything, I get just 4 days break from bleeding if I'm lucky.

From this week, I have tried it every 3 days instead of set days. I started spotting again today (this is only my first week of changing my routine).

How do you take yours please and do you spot/bleed with your regime?

hello

I put my patches on every Sunday and Monday. I have had 3 bleeds since starting the patches a couple of years ago. I am sure you are not meant to bleed on HRT (I do have endo and adeno tho) x

On my previous HRT I was on 75mcg but with this new Evorel Conti, GP has put me on 50mcg for 3 months.

I was on 50 at first then had to up it as still symptoms to 75. I am now on 25 as the 75 made me bloat so much, water retention, boobs were like bullets and so hard, it was horrible x

So you had continuing symptoms on 50mcg so had to up to 75mcg so how can dropping to a very low 25mcg have resolved your symptoms please?
