I am a bit reluctant to try the tablets as I hear a lot of people having to adjust their thyroid meds.

Do you have any recommendations or experiences please?

I have only used the gel or spray but they may help, but it still an absorbing through the skin medication. I do prefer the spray as it’s less messing around spray on arm dries quickly. I couldn’t get the patch to stay on.

I think taking the tablets are probably a last resort as you don’t want to start messing around with other medications.

do you absorb it well? The spray? And I stick the patch on the leg, maybe Arm is better? Thinner skin?

yeah it’s pretty good it’s taken a few months to get the right combo with utrogestan but I have settled quite well now.

I’m not sure if you can put the patch on your arm tho.

Do you have facebook they have some groups on there that are great for information.

There’s also an app balance which is good to that I have used in the past, I mainly used that to monitor my symptoms tho and read other ladies experiences

Might be good to rule out polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), a condition in which the ovaries or adrenal glands produce more male hormones than normal.
