Hi, I was on these prior to having my hysterectomy and they worked really well. I'm now on patches and the vagifem as well after my hysterectomy. They are odour less and don't clump like the medications available from the chemist.

Hi, I’ve been using Vagifem for 2 years because of same problem and also because I kept feeling I needed to pee more. I think it was a starting course of 1 every day for a week then down to 2 a week. Has helped massively also use YES WB which is a really nice lubricant. In that first week I did notice that any discharge was a bit thicker like Vaseline ( sorry if that’s gross) but Dr said it was just the build up of Vagifem, I suppose the oestrogen must have a carrier of some sort when it starts dissolving, but this all disappeared after first week.

They worked well for me but I used them for a short while only - my husband was growing man boobs (gyno) while I was on it. I switched to HRT patches and they helped systemically including, with vaginal atrophy, and my husband's gyno disappeared.
