I’m considering using Spravato and have already been approved for it but I’m afraid it won’t work either.

in my experience I view ketamine as prescribed relief. I did an at home version of spravato. My psych prescribed it to be created off label at a compound pharmacy and they mailed it to me. That just made it so I didn’t have the inconvenience of having to go to psych office to take it like you do with soravato. It was purely for me a momentary reprieve from the hell. I enjoyed the euphoric feeling. I have several friends who did it and didn’t like the feeling. In my circles I don’t anyone that has been “cured” by it but the majority do receive short term relief. My two cents is why not try it? You are approved. It’s jus my another tool to hopefully give you some relief.

How can a person overcome bitterness?

I’ve become kind of cold towards people, just not caring. I’m still polite and all.
