MDD has gotten very severe since losing my July 2020. I have lost my complete self esteem also. I gained 115 pounds from abilify and my bad eating habits. Just need some motivation.😟

Have you seen a doctor about your thyroid problem?

Hygiene can be so hard with severe depression. Can you find one thing to do today? Something teeny. Eat something? Drink water? Stretch?

Unfortunately I have not slept well in 3 nights now. My energy level is drained. I was just looking at LinkedIn. I am on disability however, I have to get back to working full time. I can not make it living like this,
