got diagnosed with anxiety a few days ago, and i have a not very happy but happy suprise!

1. im honestly shocked. I thought major depression would be all, but NOPE.

2. I am getting medical help! Yay! I would be an outpatient. This is because as you all may know, I went into the ER for self-harm. And I also have tried to off myself 1 time since. Something is very very wrong, and hopefully it will be fixed.

Anxiety sucks and plays games with your mind. I to have been suicidal. Three attempts in my younger days. Hopefully you're medical help will begin to help you
