hello. I’ve had depression for probably about 30years. I’m 70 now. Sometimes my meds really work and I get out of this depression for a while and then it comes back at some point right now I’m in a hopefully a recovering point where at least I can meditate and find some peace. I just wanted to reach out and see if anybody is interested in texting me.
