How do you all cope from day to day? Does medication help or just make things worse.

I cope day by day just like thatday by day . just take it moment by moment little bits.I try and not think too far ahead.think about the little wins .

medicine has helped me tremendously but it takes time. it can only do so much so I also go to counseling and meditate

Without my meds I’m a crazy person. I need the chemicals added to my system to keep me on track. It took a long time to get the mixture correct. But now I have an even playing field. I also need my psychiatrist, therapist, support system, meditation and prayer.

Not sure, sometimes I think medication is what making me think like this, I really want to stop all medication and get back to my life. My wife wouldnt let me though. She doesnt know that I joined this group.
