Good morning all! After a week in Scotland working and a more or less sleepless night, I decided to head out early for a 5k before work (local thankfully).
No heroics and a steady 29 minutes today, went fairly smoothly and I found it unseasonably warm out there! Removed my buff and unzipped my jacket halfway around. I think by the time the sun comes up it could feel like spring! π
I hope everyone's Parkrun/NOT Parkrun goes well today! Happy running!

Good 29 minutes run for you this morning, (not)parkrun, well done.
I am now getting ready to go to parkrun, this morning I'll be the tailwalker at Springburn parkrun in Glasgow about 13 miles away from where I live, when I am a tailwalker I like to walk and sometimes run with the last runner, that can vary from over a hour to as little as 43 minutes, so who knows what the time will be for the runner or walker this morning.
I'm sure you will inspire them and keep them going to the finish Al ππ»I'm hoping for another run in the morning, at least 5k but maybe a 10k if I feel up to it.
Well done Jericho, great run there. Iβd be proud of a sub 30 minute 5K any day of the week. Completed my 3rd 25 minute run yesterday and my pace is still slower than a 35 minute 5k π’π€£ enjoy your run tomorrow π
