Well, here is my bling from my recent 5K! Thanks for the support.

It was a warm run and I started off too quickly and found it a bit difficult, but did manage to run the entire race, so that was nice.

I've found out that there is a new Regent's Park medal which is purple, so I'm going to have to go back.
