Our speedy VRB RunBrianRun is in action on 2 July for 2x 100m at the London Community Track. This is part of his build up to the British Masters Championship in Derby on 27th and 28th July where he is running in the 100m to retain his title and also the 200m.
We will mention the latter in the usual Friday slot, but let’s hear it loud and clear, and all wave Pom Poms furiously for Brian tomorrow. Best of luck Brian….hit the B in Bang on the nail!! 🙂

Definitely the right decision not to go. Not only to save my back but my second race didn’t start until 10:45. Ouch.

I’ve decided to enter another race at the Linford Christie stadium in London on Sunday 14th July to make up for missing this one as I need more race practise before the big UK one at the end of the month.
