At last another 10k…..been a while!

So next weekend I have signed up for a Canicross/Trail ‘Fun’ run set in a village in the heart of Exmoor. I did the event two years ago and enjoyed it, despite the very steep, rough track at the start!

I last did a 10k in June and before that February so thought I better get another one ‘under my belt’. I set off early and the mist and cloud was very low and I couldn’t see across the fields - very atmospheric. Sun broke through a bit later but nice cool breeze. Slow and steady but lovely run.

Saw some amazing spider webs dripping with dew/mist and a flash of colour amongst the greens 🙂

We had thick fog at Severn Bridge PR too, but super bright sunshine in Bristol.

Thank you, it was a lovely run and very peaceful (except for a noisy barking dog in the river!)
