Knee brace or support

Can anyone recommend a decent knee brace or support as trying to run and still issues with arthritic knee

Are you still seeing your physio? They’re a really good person to ask about this because they know your history and your specific needs.

No as I had the normal tome with them and they said to get a bike which I have and joined the gym but no better. Having an injection in it next week so will speak with docs again

Knee braces are designed in different ways for different issues. It really is a question ofr your GP, consultant or physio - someone who knows your specific problem.
