Sore knee

Not the one with the meniscus problem, but the other one....

Slipped in the rain, didn't fall but went down on one knee and ouch - took a few days off running, still hurts when I don't move it a lot and then get up, but it doesn't hurt when I walk now, so I think it's just stiffness. No clicking or funny feeling when the kneecap moves, I think it's just inflammation and bruising.

Back to running tomorrow - this running lark is full of ups and downs recently!

Ouch. Very sorry to hear this. Take it easy for a bit if you can.

thanks!

I had a week off nearly, I will try tomorrow, I'm registered on the jadotville challenge, so hoping I can add a good number of kms for them this week *fingers crossed*

One step forward, 2 steps back! :D I think I'll turn around and go backwards instead!

Oh how annoying and painful 😣. Were you running at the time? I find all my near injury misses happen when I’m just ambling to the shops or something! I hope your run goes well and that the knee’s ok. 😊😊😊

but 1 accident on the train, 1 fall on pebbles in the dark and 1 slip on wet leaves knocked off by the storms while walking the dogs in the dark :|
