I did my run for Tim yesterday. I very rarely get out for off-road runs or walk nowadays, but I do enjoy taking in the London scenery. It is forever changing in its quirky way as the seasons roll through. Lightopia is coming to our local park, and this year they have put up an excellent display that involves the Clangers. Also, there is the cat and mouse game that is the statue's head. The artist sneaks in overnight and puts a head on the figure. It stays there until the park notices and removes it, and another one soon takes its place. Here are the last three. Urban changes, but I've always taken note of my runs.

During this run, my thoughts were of Tim and the difference he made to the forum right from the start. The running forums have always been such a special place, and it comes from the time and dedication of its members, especially Tim, he will be missed.

it is always so interesting when a head goes as I wait to see what takes it's place.
