Tim’s Run

My contribution is a local run from Frampton Cotterell in South Gloucestershire. Proved that it was conversational by, well, having a conversation at the beginning and the end (ran solo in the middle bit so reverted to my internal dialog instead, still, pace remained about the same).

Ran a Metric Marathon (plus a few k to return home) which is the furthest I’ve run in a while and is, hopefully, a fitting tribute. Photo is a recent shot of part of the route.

I didn’t join the forum until I’d almost completed C25K so I didn’t come across Tim when I first joined. Have still picked up lots of useful advice from his posts though!
