We’re camping for a few days down on the South coast in Western Australia. I crept out early this morning to run a 5k in memory of Tim.
Last time I took Tim on a 5 mile run he told me to steady on so today’s run was a 5k at a conversational pace.
I will forever be thankful for all Tim’s encouragement, sense of humour & genuine care for all those doing C25K.
Keep running and smiling ❤️🏃♀️🏃🏻♂️

Perfect...wonderfully evocative. I'm saving the photos on a folder to , eventually all go in an online album here on the forums...showing how far reaching Tim's support was x

oh how lovely 🥰. It’s going to be a labour of love for us 🙂. We owe him so much. So kind and supportive of us all. We’re going to miss him 🥲
He loved the trails so that’s where I’m headed tomorrow with some goodly tunes to keep us company 🙂
