Much later than planned, I’m afraid. First due to a niggle at the weekend and then ‘stuff’ getting in the way of my running!

Anyway, a problem at a local water treatment works meant that my workplace (a school) had to close for the day today. This gave me some unexpected daylight hours to run in for a change🙌 😀so I headed out for a 6K run in the beautiful Surrey countryside. Thinking of Tim and all his family - thank you for all your time on the forums. Much missed but remembered by so many.❤️💐
