Felpham 5-mile run

Hi lovely running friends, I completed the Felpham 5 race this morning along the beach. The weather wasn’t too bad and at least it stayed dry.👍

The surface was a mixture of sand, shingle, seaweed and rock pools. It was a tough run but I’m very pleased I finished it! I’d definitely do it again and I’ll never complain about running on roads and pavements again either! 🤣

Thanks Sandie1961 I nearly turned over an ankle on a seaweed-covered rock which was very slippery, but fortunately I recovered my balance in time👍
