So many good reasons to take up running

β€’12 Replies

Hi all, I'm feeling motivated by French's recent post and I have to admit I'm not a great poster either,so here goes,

Reaons to run, so I'm so lucky to be living literally a 5 min walk away from the beach in sunny Hove I'm not bragging I'm genuinely very lucky, so I regularly run along the prom and a lady I passed every day started to say hello, she then stopped to invite me to an early morning low tide run. So for those who don't know Brighton and Hove have a pebble beach but when the tide is low we have sand πŸ˜€

So this friendly runner asked all runners she says hi to to meet up for the next low tide and run together on the sand. What a friendly and sociable thing to do and such a lovely way to meet new runners and enjoy running even more

This photo was of yesterday's run

Happy running all 🌞

One of the great blessings we have tracy2020; other runners. They are, generally, lovely people who bring a bit of balance into our running lives whether through kindness, peer support or gently having a bit of fun at our expense. Have many happy beach runs.πŸ™‚
