And finishes on the 9th October!

Hopefully that’ll give me enough time to complete a new HM training on Garmin Coach with Amy.

I’ve entered the Manchester Half on the above date and would like to improve my PB (currently 2:35 ish), so have set the goal time for 2:18 which sets the pace at my currently doable 10k pace (6:30/km). Hmm eek! 😂

I’ve previously done Jeff’s RWR HM plan, but now trying to move away from the W bit, I can solid run for 10 miles at the moment, at 6:50/km pace then have to take a couple of walk breaks in the last 5km.

Hoping it’s achievable and I haven’t bitten off more than I can chew, but looking forward to the plan and seeing what I break in the next 18 weeks - hopefully a PB and not a leg 😂

That looks like a great target, best of luck. Don't know if you've done it before, but the crowds at Manchester have really been amazing every time I've run there and they really help when it gets challenging.
