So, it wasn't exactly in the recovery plan. I did 10k on Thursday and felt fine. This morning I had it in my head that I'd do 12 or 13k, but I felt OK and I thought I'd be much better off psychologically, if I knew I'd done more that one 10M before my HM in 3 weeks.
Currently icing my calves just in case I've been stupid, but they don't hurt.
Getting excited about the Great West Run now. Anyone else doing it?
