Great to get out for my long run this morning - decided against it yesterday🤣

I think I’d describe it as a stamina run.

A carpet of branches and twigs along the roads and canal footpaths as well as mud and puddles and this morning a few pools with no option but to go through them!💧I even managed to get back before the heavy rain came down too😀🏃🏻‍♀️

On my virtual run of the Welsh coast I’m finally turning the top corner of Anglesey and eventually I’ll get back to the Menai bridge to run the final leg along the North coast of Wales - Anglesey has been bigger than I thought going in and out of all the inlets! Hoping that my real and virtual world can meet up on the coast before the final run along the river Dee at Saltney near Chester where I’m planning to run the last 5k just like LEJOG last year

Glad you missed the rain, yes the trails are littered with branches! I got rather wet on the way back - took longer due to lots of climbing over fallen trees 😂🐾🐶 (just done a post with photos). Your virtual Welsh run looks good, well done👍
