Hi everyone, I did a 16K run this morning by the seaside at Bognor Regis🏃♂️🌊🏖 The weather was fairly nice and the wind had died down a bit from yesterday.
I used the ‘Ten mile run’ guided run on the NRC app, which worked well and almost synced with Strava 🙂 I forgot to squeeze the air out of my hydration bladder and the water was sloshing about, so I stopped at about 4K to sort it out. Schoolboy error and lesson learned!😊
I stopped every 1-2 km to take on water, so that part worked well at least!
Just under 5 weeks now till the HUHM half marathon, so I think I’ll be fine as long as I’m sensible between now and then🤞
