I wasn’t really in the mood today, so I’m very pleased I squeezed 10 miles out and I believe it’s my 2nd fastest time hurrah! Mind you there was a very stiff breeze which was on my side pushing me up a few hills which was brill 🤣.

I thought I’d got away without getting wet - no such luck, it started coming in sideways about half an hour towards the end, but I just thought oh well, I’ll appreciate that cup of coffee all the more once I’m home!

I’m quite pleased as I managed to speed up a bit towards the end, apart from the last hill heading towards home, it was a killer. Not so many folk out today apart from the odd cyclist and one lady runner. Lots of cars though taking their 4 legged friends to the country park for a walk though.

Anyway, have a cracking day everyone!

Ah bless you Sparky! Mind you I just couldn’t face a 5am start today, so I think this will be the first week in an age I only get 2 runs in. My excuse is my legs will get a nice 4 day rest 😊.
