Festive bingo - I completed a LINE!!!

Well, this bingo card is giving me a nice push to get out and run and walk😊

This week I tentatively started training for Kew HM in April, and today I managed a full 10k round Virginia Water and the Obelisk Pond in Windsor Great Park. Lovely, and best of all my leg seems to be holding up at last🤞

I saw some steps during my run this morning and decided I just had to head up them, if only for the bingo card. Oddly, the steps led UP to Valley gardens ... oh well 🤔. It was worth the climb - at the top were a lovely camelia and mahonia, both in full blossom. Anyway that 10k completed my first line on the bingo card! Not sure I will complete the whole card ... the pre 8.30am box is going to be the killer for me I think 🤣🙈

Unfortunately this morning's migraine put paid to this afternoon's baking, so no post run festive treat for me today. Something to look forward to though😊

Next time may be Christmas morning parkrun, so definitely festive treats after that (although probably no rest 😀). I see parkrun is on hold again in Canada ☹ I really hope Penticton is back up and running by beginning of Feb though 🤞
