Well another run ticked off the Bingo card 👏

Ran a 10K at 7.45 am this morning, was sitting in my running gear waiting for it to be light enough to run my trails 😅

Ran with my Christmas playlist which if I wasn't already in the Christmas spirit I definitely was during that 🤣

Was a very festive frosty morning, beautiful red sky as the sun was trying it's best.. not muddy today as we've had dry weather lately,so the run was a jolly one ❄️😄

Finished with a good time of 1hr 10mins.. just short of my PB 😊

I'm already looking forward to my Christmas morning run.. want a longer one😅 not committing myself but would love to run a HM on Christmas day 🤣

I am very well thanks Caroline, this morning I ran my 80th (not) parkrun, part of the run is around a small houseing estate with many Christmas lights on, both inside and outside in the gardens, I hope you have a very happy Christmas 🤶 🎄 🤶🤶🏃🏾🎄
