Just take it steadily Paul, there is no rush and, as we all know, no short cuts. You will soon be churning out the Ks. π

Welcome back Paul.
I've done the programme several times after injury or illness, and found it to be a comfort. Once or twice I've moved on without completing each week, but you've had a long break. There's no rush is here?
Please keep us posted,
Best wishes
Sarah
Hi Paul, in my humble opinion and speaking from having experienced a devastating loss, most definitely run. It is amazing how you will benefit mentally as well as physically, as you will be aware from your previous running. It can also have a calming effect and help with sleep which might be difficult for you. If you can run with others and maybe have a drink afterwards, this will prevent too much loneliness in your day - being in company will help you through little by little. So go ahead and give it a go, you have done the hard work of getting out there with your previous runs so you will know what to expect - it will be a way of having something to start your day, always a challenge when grieving.
Good luck!
PS it does get a little easier in time.
So good to see you back Paul and all the very bestππ
Good luck Paul. I hope it helps you find some peace.
Hi Paul, I began running after my husband died last year and I want to wish you all the best with your running
Pleased to see you posting again and sending you best wishes .
